Followed by adjacent positioning to one of the most notable international and regional tourist attractions in Baltic’s the – Latvian Open Air Museum (over 200,000 visitors per annum). Given Riga city expansion plans, the Property surrounding infrastructure and accessibility is due to increase potential with extension of Tram line (2011) and recently (2008) completed Jugla/Brivibas street junction enabling smoother traffic along the A2 highway.
